Rubica Coffee was founded by Gunther Hechter, an entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for people and coffee. Gunther has always been an entrepreneur at heart, with a desire to bring people together through his ventures.

Gunther’s love for coffee was sparked by the rich and diverse coffee cultures he’s encountered throughout his life. He saw the way coffee brings people together and wanted to create a business that could do the same.

In 2021, Gunther’s vision became a reality with the launch of Rubica Coffee. He saw an opportunity to combine his passion for coffee and people by offering top-of-the-line coffee machine rentals and mobile events.
