I myself, Gunther Hechter have been trained and have been making espresso and milk-based drinks from 2016, and I have dreamed of starting Rubica Coffee for a very long time. We promise to bring great coffee, friendly service and an awesome vibe. We have catered for and done events as little as only making 30 cups of coffee and we have pushed this quantity up to the 500s. Our trailer is fully licensed and stocked to the brim! We have designed and developed our very own trailer design, and we take pride in it. This first design is called the pop-up shop and soon there will be more to follow. Events that we have done in the past range from air-shows, markets, funerals, road & cycling race events, weddings, art gallery exhibitions, small private functions, etc.
